摘要
为了解决某铅锌选矿厂选矿废水达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ类水体水质排放要求,采用"Ca O+PAC+PAM"的处理工艺进行处理。试验结果表明,Ca O、PAC、PAM的最佳投加量分别为2 g/L、40 mg/L、0.5 mg/L,投加后的最佳反应时间依次为15、10、5 min,最佳搅拌强度和最佳静置时间为为150 r/min和30 min,该选矿废水经处理后,达到排放标准要求,可进行回用或外排,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to solve a lead- zinc wastewater to meet the requirements of the class III water quality discharge in Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water( GB3838- 2002),the treatment process of " Ca O + PAC + PAM" was carried out. The results showed that the optimum dosage of Ca O,PAC and PAM were 2 g / L,40 mg / L and 0. 5 mg /L,the reaction time were 15 min,10 min,5 min,respectively. The best stirring intensity and the optimum setting time were 150 r / min and 30 min,respectively. The purified water can be reused or discharged,with remarkable economic and social benefits.
