摘要
以芒果VC含量、可滴定酸含量、总糖含量、腐烂率和失重率为考察指标,研究高良姜复配保鲜剂对常温(18~22℃)储藏条件下芒果品质的影响。研究结果表明,高良姜复配保鲜剂能显著降低芒果常温储藏条件下的腐烂率,常温储藏12天,腐烂率仅为25.3%,和对照组相比有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);并测定了芒果常温贮藏期间VC、可滴定酸、总糖含量的变化,为开发芒果新型天然保鲜剂提供了科学依据。
The effect of Chinese medicine preservative on the quality of mango stored at room temperature( 18 ~22 ℃) was studied with the Vc content,titratable acidity content,total saccharide content,decay rate and weight loss rate as indices. The results indicated that Chinese medicine preservative can evidently inhibit the decay rate of mango at room temperature. There was significant difference in the decay rate between the treatment group and the control group( P 0. 01). Meanwhile,the Vc content,titratable acidity content and total saccharide content were determined. The study provided scientific basis for the development of new natural preservative of mango.
