PTMEG萃取体系中微量杂多酸脱除用吸附剂的筛选

PTMEG Extraction System in the Screening of Trace Heteropoly Acid Removal with Adsorbent

太仓中化环保化工有限公司建有2万吨的PTMEG生产装置,采用自主知识产权的杂多酸催化工艺一步获得PTMEG,残留在体系中的催化剂主要采用萃取工艺从反应体系中脱除,但萃取液中仍有微量的催化剂残留,需要进一步吸附脱除。通过对活性炭、硅酸镁、硅胶和氧化铝等系列十二种吸附剂的脱酸性能进行全面评价,优选出了硅胶系列两种牌号和一种牌号的活性炭吸附剂,寿命达到了两个月。

Sinochem Environmental Protection Chemicals（ Taicang） Co., Ltd. built 20000 tons of PTMEG production equipment,PTMEG was produced by heteropoly acid catalytic process with independent intellectual property rights,residual catalyst from the reaction system was mainly removed using the extraction process,but residual catalyst still could be traced in the extract,and needed further adsorption removal. The removal of acid in 12 kinds of adsorbent such as alumina,activated carbon,magnesium silicate,silica gel were valued,two grades and a brand of activated carbon adsorbent were selected,the lives of these reached two months.
