摘要 为了更好的优化无机高分子絮凝剂氯化铝铁(PAFC)的水处理效果。使其在使用时更具有絮体形成快、除浊效果好、水中碱度消耗少,特别是对水温、pH值、浊度和有机物含量变化适应性强的特点。研究了一种制备聚合氯化铝铁的新工艺。该工艺以氯化铁为原料新制凝胶氢氧化铁,再与氯化铝在无水乙醇溶液中复合共聚生成PAFC。考察了原料配比和乙醇体积量对产品制备及性能的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:氯化铝物质的量为0.04 mol,新制凝胶氢氧化铁的物质的量为0.16 mol,乙醇体积为40 m L。与现有工艺过程相比具有时间周期短、条件简单、产品纯度高和含盐量较少等优点。对产品进行了水处理实验,考察产品对废水浊度和COD的去除效果。结果表明,浊度与COD的去除率都很高。 In order to optimize the water treatment effect of PAFC,have the advantages such as rapid formation of the flocculation,nice turbidity removal effect,few water alkalinity consumption,especially strong adaptability for changes in water temperature,pH value,turbidity and organic matter content,a new technology for the preparation of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride was presented. Ferric chloride was used as raw material to prepare gel ferric hydroxide. Then,gel ferric hydroxide and aluminum chloride composited in anhydrous ethanol solution and generated PAFC. The influence factors,such as the proportion of raw materials,the volume of ethanol,were studied. The optimum conditions of reaction were found out,the amount of chlorinated aluminum material was 0. 04 mol,the new material ferric hydroxide for the amount was 0. 16 mol,and ethanol volume was 40 m L. Compared with the existing process,the presented method had the advantages of short period,simple conditions,high purity of the product and lesser amount of salt. Products were studied by water treatment experiments,the effect of products wastewater turbidity and COD removal was examined. The result showed high removing efficiency and turbidity of COD.
