用乙酸-乙酸钠法制备双乙酸钠的工艺研究

摘要 双乙酸钠是一种高效、安全、营养、无毒的新型防腐防霉保鲜剂,产品价格低,使用量少,无毒害作用,应用领域广泛。本实验以乙酸和乙酸钠为原料,以水为溶剂合成双乙酸钠,对影响产品质量的主要参数进行了研究和优化,确定了最佳工艺条件:投料比为1.4,反应温度85℃,反应时间2 h,水用量35%。得到合格的产品。该方法具有原料便宜易得到,无污染,易于实现工业化生产等优点。 Sodium diacetate is a new- type of mildew preventive and antiseptic agent with high efficiency,safety,nutrient and non toxicity. It is cheap in price,small dosage in use. It was prepared based on acetic acid and sodium acetic acid,using water as solvent. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: Na Ac / HAc = 1. 4,the reaction temperature was 85 ℃,the reaction time was 2 h,the percentage of water was 35%,quality of the product was better.The facts proved that this preparation method had some advantages,such as cheap,obtainable raw materials,pollution-free and easy industrialization.
