摘要
以芥酸为原料,通过五步反应,高产率的获得产物顺-15-二十四碳烯酸。首先将原料还原成芥醇,接着通过溴代及格氏反应,与环氧乙烷反应得到顺-15-二十四碳烯醇,进一步使用三氧化铬吡啶盐酸盐(PCC)及银氨溶液将烯醇中间体逐步氧化成最终产物。
( Z)- 15- tetracosenic acid was synthesized in good yield from readily available raw material erucic acid by five- step reactions. The synthesis was carried out through reduction and bromination. Then the erucyl bromide was reacted with ethylene oxide to provide intermediate olefinic alcohol via Grignard reaction, further intermediate was oxidized by pyridinium chlorochromate( PCC) and silver ammonia solution to yield( Z)- 15-tetracosenic acid.
