GC-ECD法测定不同产地虾仁中的氯霉素残留 被引量:2

摘要 建立了不同产地虾仁中氯霉素残留的含量测定方法,为评价虾仁的质量提供依据。采用乙酸乙酯提取,以N,O-双(三甲基硅烷基)三氟乙酰胺(BSTFA)/三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)(体积比99∶1)为衍生试剂,在70℃反应30 min,使氯霉素转化为相应稳定的可挥发的衍生物,利用气相色谱-电子捕获检测法(GC-ECD法)进行测定。结果表明:样品不干扰氯霉素残留的测定,氯霉素的线性范围为0.5~250 ng/m L(r=0.9924),平均回收率(n=9)71.2%、86.8%、86.8%,RSD值分别为9.7%、10.8%、4.8%。该方法简单、灵敏、准确、耐用性好,适用于虾仁中氯霉素残留量的测定。 A method to measure quantity of chloramphenicol residues in shrimps from different regions was established,and a basis for evaluating the quality of shrimps was provided. Samples were extracted with ethyl acretate.Mixture of N,O- bis( trimethylsilandyl) trifluroacetamide( BSTFA)( 99%) and trimethylchlorosilane( 1%) was used as derivazing reagent. Chloramphenicol was firstly converted to vaporable derivant by keeping the reaction for 30 minites at70 ℃, then GC- ECD was used to determine the derivant. Samples didn ' t interfere the measurement of chloramphenicol residues. The linear range of choloramphenicol was 0. 5 ~ 250 ng / m L( r = 0. 9924). The average recovery( n = 9) were 71. 2%,86. 8% and 86. 8%. The corresponding RSD were 9. 7%,10. 8% and 4. 8%. The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and durable. It is suitable for measuring the quantity of chloramphenicol of shrimps.
