摘要
建立高效液相色谱分析金银花露中苯甲酸钠的含量测定方法。采用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);以0.02mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵溶液-甲醇(90∶10)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长为230nm;柱温:室温。苯甲酸钠在24.4~122.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,苯甲酸钠的平均回收率为102.20%,RSD为0.49%。该方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可有效的用于金银花露中苯甲酸钠含量测定。
A method for determination of sodium benzoate in Distilled liquid of Honeysuckle by HPLC was established.The chromatographic column of Inertsil ODS- 3( 5 μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm) was used,the mobile phase was 0. 02%ammonium acetate- methanol( 90∶10) with 1. 0 mL·min^(-1) of flow rate,the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the chromatography was operated at room temperature. The calibration curve of sodium benzoate was in good linearity over the range of 24. 4 ~ 122. 0 μg·m L^(-1). The average recovery of sodium benzoate was 102. 20% while RSD was 0. 49%. This method is convenient and accurate for the assay of sodium benzoate in Distilled liquid of Honeysuckle.
