摘要
面对淡化海水应用于大型循环冷却水系统,给生产运行带来的诸多不利因素和风险,通过采取优化、拓宽补水水源等应对措施,解决了淡化海水具有硬度、碱度低、水质软、氯离子高、腐蚀性较强的问题,消除了循环水系统存在的隐患,确保生产稳定运行。同时,在现有设施的基础上挖潜、优化,充分利用旁滤、RO产水的富裕能力,先后成功地将二循排污水、RO水作为引入一循系统,实现了水资源重复利用的目标,节水减排,经济效益显著。
By optimizing the supplement water source,the problem that desalination seawater had low hardness,alkalinity,water quality soft,chloride ion high,strong corrosive was solved,the hidden danger existing in the circulating water system was eliminated,production stable operation was ensured. At the same time,on the basis of the existing facilities development and optimization,making full use of the rich ability of filter and RO water production,succeeded leading wastewater of the 2#CW sewage and RO water into the 1#CW,the goal of water reuse,water saving and emissions reduction were achieved,economic benefit was remarkable.
