WSR系统下应用型本科工程人才评价体系的构建

Construction Undergraduate Course Engineering Talent Training Quality Evaluation System of Innovative Application-oriented Based on WSR System Methodology

基于分析咸阳师范学院构建创新应用型本科工程人才培养质量评价体系面临困境的基础上,提出了基于WSR系统方法论下构建创新应用型本科工程人才培养质量评价体系的基本框架、具体评价指标、质量标准和权重系数。以咸阳师范学院材料化学专业为例对人才培养质量进行了实际评价,结果表明该评价体系符合创新应用型本科工程人才培养的实际。

Faced difficulties to build innovative application- oriented engineering talent training quality evaluation system of Xianyang Normal University,how to build the basic framework,specific evaluation indexes,quality standards and weighting coefficients of its based on WSR system methodology were proposed. The actual evaluation were proceed by an case of professional training quality evaluation system of Xianyang Normal University Materials Chemistry. The results showed that the evaluation systems were in line with the actual innovative application- oriented engineering talents systems.
