大数据环境下电子文件鉴定研究

Research of the electronic record's appraisal under the big data environment

本文采用文献研究法、理论构建法对大数据环境下电子文件鉴定面临的问题进行探索,构建适应大数据环境的电子文件鉴定理论与方法。在大数据环境下,传统鉴定理论和方法受到较大冲击,电子文件鉴定的发展呈现多元价值取向、功能拓展、方式转变等特点。在大数据环境下,电子文件鉴定需要综合考虑文件管理与存储的成本衡量、价值判断、风险控制、安全保护等多重因素。

With using literature analysis, theory building methods, this research focused on the problems and challenges of digital records appraisal in the big data environment. In this new environment, archival appraisal presents the features of multi-value orientation, function expansion and methods and tools diversification. Based on efficiency and social effectiveness, this research developed the Green Apprais- al Theory and Methodology to synthetically evaluate the preservation cost value, risk and privacy.
