摘要
本文通过对数字环境引发的档案鉴定理论与实践调整的原因进行分析,梳理国外档案界的鉴定观,并提出对中国电子文件鉴定的启示。
The article presents the analysis about what cause the adjustment of archival appraisal theory and practice of digital records, conclude main viewpoints about archival appraisal of digital records in the world, and then put forward what we could learn in abroad.
