摘要
国家中医药管理局、国家卫生计生委发布了《中国公民中医养生保健素养》(国中医药办发[2014]15号)公告,其出台标志着中医养生保健素养的未来走向。通过对《中医素养》的背景概况、重点难点及自然疗法概念进行分析,发现澳大利亚中医养生保健素养提升潜力较大,提出澳大利亚中医养生素养和自然疗法在循证研究、随机对照临床试验、市场监管等方面的发展趋势。
Australia secured the legal status of Chinese medicine,and Australia has become the gateway to the popularization of traditional Chinese medicine overseas.State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the National Health and Family Planning Commission issued the notice of Chinese citizens＇（Chinese health care literacy（2014）No.15）,in which the future of Chinese health care literacy is specified.By analyzing the background,key issues and the concept of natural therapy,this paper holds that the upgrade potential in Australian Chinese medicine health care literacy is tremendous.This paper also outlines the future of the Chinese medicine health literacy and natural therapy on evidence-based research,randomized controlled clinical trial quality,and market supervision in Australia.
