摘要 目的:优选苦杏仁最佳煎煮工艺。方法:采用HPLC法,以苦杏仁苷煎出率为考察指标,对冷水投药和沸水投药两种投药方式进行考察,比较两种投药方式的优劣;在筛选出最佳投药方式后,采用L9(3^4)正交试验,以干膏率和苦杏仁苷煎出率为考察指标,对苦杏仁煎煮工艺进行优选。结果:苦杏仁的最佳煎煮方法为捣碎成粗粉,取12倍水煮沸后投药,煎煮3次,每次20min。结论:将苦杏仁捣碎成粗粉后沸水投药进行煎煮,有利于保证苦杏仁的临床用药安全和疗效。 Objective:To optimize the best boiling method of semen Armeniacae Amarum.Methods:HPLC method was used to examine indicators of amygdalin fried rate.To inspect the dosing ways in cold water and boiling water,and compare the above two ways;After screening the best dosage,L9(3^4)orthogonal experiment method was used to examine the indicators of dry extract rate and amygdalin fried rate,to optimize the best boiling process of the bitter almond.Results:The best decoction way of the bitter almond was boiling water dosing,8times of water,boiling 2times,each time 20 min.Conclusion:In order to ensure the clinical safety and efficacy of semen Armeniacae Amarum processed products,that should be broken up into coarse powder and dosing in boiling water to boil.
