摘要
神经酸是目前世界公认的大脑神经和组织中一种天然核心成分,它能修复神经纤维也能促进神经细胞再生,与人体健康尤其是大脑健康息息相关。综述了神经酸的植物来源以及制备方法,包括分离提取方法、合成方法、生物转化及转基因生物合成方法的研究进展。
Nervonic acid is the world recognized nerve and brain tissue in a natural core component,it can repair nerve fibers can also promote the regeneration of nerve cells,and human health especially brain health are closely related.In this paper,the research progress of plant origin and preparation methods,including separation method,synthetic method,biological transformation and gene transfer were reviewed.
