目的:浅析《本草备要》中治疗瘿病的药物。方法:通过阅读《本草备要》,熟知瘿病的病因病机,对作者汪昂系统总结的法象药理进行细致推敲,并注意其与临床相结合的案例,对选取的治疗瘿病的8种常用药物进行分析,掌握其标本兼治治疗瘿病的完整思路。结果:对瘿病有了进一步的了解,对将来在临床上运用治疗瘿病的8种药物具有指导意义。结论:《本草备要》总结了先前医家对瘿病的认识,充分阐述了瘿病的发病原因及用药思路、方法,对后学者认识瘿病以及运用法象药理治疗瘿病具有指导意义。
