耳穴籽压治疗慢性胆囊炎急性发作临床研究

Treating Acute Attack of Chronic Cholecystitis by Seed Pressing Therapy on the Ear Acupoints

目的:探讨耳穴籽压治疗慢性胆囊炎急性发作的临床效果。方法:选取12例慢性胆囊炎急性发作患者,采用耳穴籽压治疗,双耳交替取耳穴(胆、耳迷根、神门、肝、脾、胃、皮质下、内分泌、三焦),观察治疗效果。结果:患者在使用耳穴籽压治疗后,症状均有不同程度的改善,最短的1h起效,最长的2天开始起效。12例患者中3例痊愈,7例好转,2例无效,总有效率为83.3%。结论:耳穴籽压治疗慢性胆囊炎急性发作疗效显著,可减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of auricular seed pressing therapy of chronic cholecystitis acute attack.Methods：Using auricular seed pressing therapy,alternate binaural（gallbladder,ear ear from fan root,Shenmen,liver,spleen,stomach,cortex,endocrine,Sanjiao）,clinical observation.Results：The patients in the use of auricular seed pressing therapy,the symptoms were improved in different degree,the shortest 1Honset,the longest 2days to work.In 12 patients,3cases were cured,7cases improved,2cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion：Auricular seed pressing therapy of chronic cholecystitis acute attack has obvious curative effect,can reduce the pain of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
