真人养脏汤加减治疗结直肠癌术后腹泻患者临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction in the Treatment of the patients with Diarrhea after Colorectal Cancer Operation

目的:观察真人养脏汤加减治疗结直肠癌术后腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取结直肠癌术后腹泻患者110例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各55例,对照组患者采用盐酸洛哌丁胺治疗,治疗组患者采用真人养脏汤加减治疗,比较两组患者总有效率以及不良反应发生情况,观察腹泻复发情况。结果:治疗组患者总有效率为92.73%,对照组患者总有效率为89.09%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者复发率为14.55%,明显低于对照组的38.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗过程中,两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:真人养脏汤加减治疗结直肠癌术后腹泻患者,可以有效改善患者肠道功能,复发率较低,安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the clinical effect of the treatment of the patients with colorectal cancer after operation with the addition of the real life.Methods：110cases of patients with diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 55 cases in each group,the control group was treated with loperamide hydrochloride treatment,the treatment group were treated by Zhenren yangzang decoction,compared two groups of patients with total efficiency and adverse reactions occur,observe the recurrence of diarrhea.Results：the total effective rate was92.73%in treatment group and 89.09%in control group,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The recurrence rate of treatment group was 38.18%,significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The two groups had no serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion：the real life of the patients with colorectal cancer after treatment of patients with colorectal cancer,can effectively improve the patients with intestinal function,the recurrence rate is low,the safety is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
