The Research on China's Intellectual Property Rights Strategy

知识产权在促进科技发展和知识创新中发挥着至关重要的作用,完善的知识产权制度是激励自主创新的有力保障,对于我国长远的经济发展和产业升级具有重要意义。在对我国宏观国情趋势判断的基础上,总结国际发展经验,提出知识产权战略是跨越中等收入陷阱的重要手段。同时,通过研究我国知识产权事业发展进程与经济发展阶段的关系,指出我国处于知识产权事业发展的重要战略机遇期,实施知识产权强国战略正当其时。

Intellectual property rights play a vital role in the development of scientific technology and knowledge innovation. A more perfect system of intellectual property rights is a powerful incentive for independent innovation, which is of great signifi cance for China＇s long-term development. In this paper, we sum up the experiences of international development on the basis of China＇s macroeconomic situation. And we put forward that the strategy of intellectual property rights is an important means of overcoming/getting over the middle-income trap. Then, by studying the relationship of the stage of China＇s intellectual property rights and economic development, we point out that China is in an important period, and it have many advantages to develop intellectual property rights strategy.
