Discussion on Process Design and Layout of Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant

以沙曲选煤厂扩能工程为背景,分析了原工艺在生产中存在的问题,结合矿井生产和煤质的变化情况,针对原工艺中介质消耗和粗煤泥处理能力的问题,设计了新的洗选工艺,并在有限的空间内完成了新工艺系统的布置,介绍了主要建构筑物的布置方法。

Based on the background of capacity expansion project of Shaqu Coal Preparation Plant, the paper analyzed problems of original process in production practice, aiming at the key technology problems, combining with the changes of coal mine production and coal quality, designed the new preparation process, and finished the layout of a new process system in limited space, introduced the main building structures layout method.
