摘要
为便于掘进机截割头的制造及检验,建立了掘进机截齿定位数学模型,并运用"两点法"将对截齿空间角度定位参数检验转化为截齿轴线两点在机床全局坐标系下坐标值的检验。设计了一种截齿角度空间定位机构,介绍了该空间定位机构的结构组成及工作原理以及定位方法,对提高截齿定位装焊精度、减小人为因素造成的定位误差具有重要指导意义。
To facilitate the manufacture and inspection of cutting head of roadheader, a mathematical model for pick location was established. The inspection of pick's space angle positioning parameters was transformed into the inspection of coordinates of two points at the pick axis using the two point method, which also was checked at the machine tool coordinate system. The fixture for pick location was designed, to minish the error caused by pick holder welding precision and human factor.
