简述了煤炭经济的发展模式现状,再找出煤炭经济发展模式中税收机制所存在的问题,最后针对性地从多个方面提出了构建煤炭经济发展模式改变的对策,目的在于通过税收机制的改革寻求更为科学合理的煤炭经济发展模式。
The paper summarized the status of coal economic development mode, pointed out the problems in taxation mechanisms of coal economic development mode, and finally, from multi - aspects, proposed the countermeasures of changes in coal economic development mode, to discover a more scientific and reasonable development mode of coal economy based on taxation mechanism reform.
