摘要
大力拓展零散货物营销是实现铁路物流转型发展的迫切要求和必然趋势。在分析北京铁路局零散货物运输营销形势的基础上,从营销方式、物流品类、全流程服务、全过程管理等方面对?2015?年以来零散货物营销实践进行梳理,提出进一步深化货运组织改革、推进铁路现代物流转型发展的建议,即对接市场的快速班列产品、充分整合外部汽运资源、重视仓储功能投入、注重信息系统开发、完善综合配套制度。
Greatly developing less-than-carload marketing is an urgent requirement and a necessary trend of realizing transfer development of railway logistics. Based on analyzing the status of less-than-carload transport marketing by Beijing Railway Administration, from aspects of marketing modes, logistic categories, whole-process service and whole-process management, this paper goes over the practice of less-than-carload marketing since 2015, and puts forward suggestions on further deepening reform of freight transport organization and promoting transfer development of railway modern logistics, which means connecting with express block train products in the market, fully integrating external automobile transport resource, attaching importance to the investment of warehousing function, paying attention to information system development and improving comprehensive supporting system.
