摘要
利用8个核心引物对100份亚麻种质资源的遗传多样性进行RAPD分析,共扩增出54条带,其中38条多态性带,多态率为70.4%。100个品种间的遗传相似性系数变异范围为0.62~0.96。用UPGMA法建立了100个亚麻品种的亲缘关系树状图。在聚类树状图中,当遗传相似性系数约为0.70时,这100份亚麻资源可分为7个类群。
The genetic diversities of 100 flax germplasm resources were analyzed by RAPD using 8 core primers. 54 bands were amplified by RAPD including 38 polymorphic bands,and the polymorphic rate was 70.4%. The genetic similarity coefficient among the 100 varieties ranged from 0.62 to 0.96 by RAPD. A Phylogenetic tree map of 100 flax varieties was established by UPGMA. When the genetic similarity coefficient was about 0.70,the 100 flax resources could be divided into seven groups in the cluster tree.
