益气养阴活血法治疗原发性肝癌化疗栓塞术后综合征的临床研究

Effective observation of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy on treating post-chemoembolization syndrome of primary liver cancer

目的:观察益气养阴活血法治疗肝癌化疗栓塞术后综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取我院行经导管肝动脉内化疗栓塞手术治疗的原发性肝癌患者78例,按随机数字表分为两组。对照组患者在术后给予常规补液、止吐、退热、止痛、保肝等治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气养阴活血中药。治疗7天后对比两组患者的症状体征持续时间,ALT、AST、GGT、TBil值及Karnofsky评分变化。结果:治疗后观察组患者发热、恶心呕吐、腹胀、肝区疼痛、黄疸各症状体征的平均积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);治疗后对照组患者ALT、AST、GGT、TBil值较治疗前均有明显升高(<0.05),而观察组患者各指标升高不明显,ALT、AST明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);治疗后两组Karnofsky评分较治疗前均有明显下降(<0.05);但观察组Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血法能够较好地防治原发性肝癌化疗栓塞术后综合征,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy on treating post-chemoembolization syndrome of primary liver cancer. Methods： Select 78 cases of primary liver cancer patients who got transarterial chemoembolization（TACE） treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014. All the cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table. Two groups＇ patients were treated with TACE. The control group was given fluid infusion, antiemetic, antifebrile, relieve pain, and hepatoprotective treatment, while the observation group was taken traditional chinese medicine of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue on the base of that. The duration of fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, liver pain and jaundice were observed after 7 days treatment. We also observed the change of ALT, AST, GGT, TBil and the Karnofsky score. Results： After treatment, the duration of fever, nausea, vomiting,abdominal distension, liver pain and jaundice of the observation group were less than the control group（P〈0.05）. ALT, AST, GGT and TBil of the control group were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, while the observation group were not significantly increased. ALT and AST of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the Karnofsky score of the observation group and the control group were all decreased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue therapy was a good treatment on post-chemoembolization syndrome of primary liver cancer, and it worth to be popularized in clinical.
