瘦素与非酒精性脂肪肝的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)包含了一组肝脏脂肪变性的病理改变,与酒精性肝病相似但无过量饮酒史(男性〈140g/周,女性〈70g/周),并排除病毒、遗传和自身免疫疾病的临床病理综合症。NAFLD以肝脂(甘油三酯)累积为特征,早期被认为属良性可逆性病变,但NAFLD随病程进展可从单纯性脂肪肝发展到脂肪性肝炎(NASH),甚至可能进展为肝硬化和肝细胞癌。
