农村干部学历教育机制研究——以广州为例

农村干部学历教育逐步受到各地政府重视,各地开始大规模进行培训,但是能系统地从机制这一宏观层面去提炼经验的不多,文章以广州市委组织部开展的"羊城村官上大学"工程项目为例,从政策层面、教育管理层面、师资队伍建设层面总结了建立农村干部学历教育机制的做法,提出了今后项目开展需要努力的方向,以期对各地有借鉴意义。

Rural cadres education gradually by local government attaches great importance to education,and everyplace starts training on a large scale,but there＇s little experience systematically from the mechanism of the macro level. This article carried out by Guangzhou municipal party committee organization department ＂ Yang Cheng village official college＂ project as an example,from the policy level,the education management level,the teachers troop construction level degree education mechanism to build the establishment of rural cadres are summarized,and the direction of the need to work on this project in the future was put forward,in order to be used for reference.
