摘要
针对低温环境下PVDF中空纤维膜在应用于过滤操作中液体冻结而导致的膜性能变差问题,开发了一种适用于PVDF膜组件低温保存的防冻保护液,并对其在低温环境下对膜组件的防冻性能进行分析.对比不同温度下膜组件在过滤通量、拉伸性能、材料亲水性和截留率等方面性能的变化.实验结果表明,此种膜组件保护液可使膜组件在较低的温度下保存且各项指标不受影响,能够保障低温保存时膜组件的性能稳定.
A cryoprotective solution for PVDF membrane modules was developed for protecting PVDF hollow fiber membrane from freezing and performance degration under lower temperature.The effect of lower environmental temperature on anti-freezing properties of membrane modules was investigated in terms of its flux,tensile property,membrane hydrophilicity and rejection rate.The experiment results demonstrated that PVDF membrane modules can be kept under lower temperature by using this kind of cryoprotective solution,and the performance of membrane modules did not be affected.
