摘要
以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和聚氨酯(PU)为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,采用相转化法制备微孔膜.研究了聚合物相容性对共混膜的结构和性能的影响.结果表明:PAN/PU为部分相容体系;当聚合物的质量比为8/2,质量分数为16%时,膜水通量为773.2L/(m2·h),对牛血清蛋白的截留率为87.7%,此时膜性能最佳;共混质量比在7/3到9/1之间,膜的力学性能较好.
The blended microporous membrane of polyacrylonitrile and polyurethane was prepared by phase inversion method with N,N-dimethylacetamide as solvent.The influences of polymer compatibility on membrane structure and performance were studied.The results show that PAN/PU is partially compatible system;with blending mass ratio of 8∶2and the polymer mass fraction of 16%,the performance of the blended membrane is the best:The water flux is 773.2L/(m2·h)and the retention rate is 87.7%.When blending mass ratio is in between 7∶3and 9∶1,the membrane has good mechanical properties.
