兰州市生活垃圾典型有机组分高固体厌氧消化实验研究 被引量:1

High Solid Anaerobic Digestion of Typical Organic Components of Municipal Solid Wastes in Lanzhou

摘要 文章以兰州市生活垃圾典型有机组分为原料,进行中温(36℃)批式高固体厌氧消化实验,通过测定消化过程中p H值,VFAs,产气速率等指标,对高固体厌氧消化技术处理生活垃圾可行性和消化特性进行了研究。结果表明,质量比1∶1接种条件下,进料TS浓度15%,20%,25%,30%这4个水平的消化,在60天消化周期内都经历了很长时间的酸化抑制阶段;调节消化系统p H值后,15%和20%的发酵逐步恢复并先后进入了稳定产气阶段,获得了2775 m L·L^(-1)d^(-1)和813 m L·L^(-1)d^(-1)的最大产气效率,累计产气量分别29 L·L^(-1)和14.8 L·L^(-1),原料最大产气潜能为363 m L·g^(-1)VS;25%和30%的发酵在同等操作条件下没有进入产气阶段;兰州市生活垃圾有机组分进料TS浓度在15%~20%之间时,厌氧消化资源化效果最为明显。 Typical organic components of Lanzhou MSW was used as a raw material for high solid anaerobic digestion experiment in a laboratory batch reactor under temperature of 36 ℃. Indicators of p H,VFAs,gas production rate were monitored to evaluate the feasibility of anaerobic treatment and gas production characteristics of MSW. The results showed that,during the 60 days of digestion period,with inoculation rate of 1∶ 1( mass ratio),all of the four groups,with TS concentration of 15%,20%,25%,30% respectively,had experienced a long time of acidification inhibition. After the p H adjustment,treatments with TS contents of 15% and 20% gradually resumed the digestion and went into a stable gas production period,and obtained a maximum gas production rate of 2775 m L·L-1d-1and 813 m L·L-1d-1,and the accumulative gas production of 29. 0 L·L-1and 14. 8 L·L-1respectively. The maximum gas production potential was 363 m L·g^(-1)VS. However,the treatment with TS content of 25% and 30% under the same operation condition did not resume to the gas production period. So,the TS concentration between 15% ~ 20% was the most significant when anaerobically treating the typical organic components of MSW in Lanzhou.
