摘要 目的:探讨苏格拉底式教学法在本科助产学教学中的应用效果,以提高本科助产学的教学质量。方法:选择我校2007-2010级本科护理学专业助产班的91名学生并分为2组:试验组(2008~2009级54名)采用苏格拉底式教学法,对照组(2007、2010级37名)采用传统教学法。比较两组护生的课堂测试成绩和期末考试成绩,并对两种教学法通过问卷调查进行评价。结果:试验组学生课堂测试成绩和对教学法的评价均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。期末考试成绩试验组(79.2±7.0)比对照组(78.0±6.0)高,但两组差异无统计学意义。结论:苏格拉底式教学法在助产学本科教学中的应用效果良好,值得推广。 Objective: To explore the application effect of the Socratic method in undergraduate midwifery teaching in order to improve the teaching quality.Methods: 91 students of undergraduate nursing midwifery professional in our university from 2007 to 2010 grades were chose as the object of study and divided into 2 groups. The test group (2008-2009 grade, 54 students) adopted the Socratic method, and the control group (2007and 2010 grade, 37 students) used the traditional teaching method. The scores of two groups of nursing students were compared in the classroom test and the final examination, and the 2 kinds of teaching methods were evaluated by questionnaire. Results: The classroom quiz results and the evaluation of teaching method in the experimental group were better than the control group (P〈0.05).The average score of final examination of the experimental group was(79.2±7,0)higher than the control group(78.0±6.0), but the difference between two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The Socratic method has a favorable application effect on the education of undergraduate midwifery.
