椎间孔镜下微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的围手术期护理 被引量：9

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar disc herniation,LDH）临床常见,根据其病理类型可分为损伤性疝出、退变型膨出和椎体后缘骨软骨病。由于炎性刺激和自身免疫反应等因素往往导致受累神经根充血、水肿,患者出现腰腿痛,症状较重者往往需手术治疗。近来随着微创脊柱外科的发展,椎间孔镜下治疗腰椎间盘突出症逐步得到广泛应用。经皮椎间孔镜技术属于脊柱微创外科中的内窥镜辅助技术,具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、
