一例肝移植术后过客淋巴细胞综合征患者的护理 被引量：4

摘要 过客淋巴细胞综合征（Passenger Lymphocyte Syndrome,PLS）是指供者器官残留的淋巴细胞针对受者的抗原产生免疫性抗体而引起的一系列症状,尤以溶血为主[1]。PLS主要集中在造血干细胞移植及骨髓移植,在实体器官移植如肝移植中则十分罕见[2]。我院曾收治肝移植术后并发PLS患者1例,
