摘要
目的评估数值化检测Hb在粪便隐血试验中的应用。方法将161例粪便临床样本分别用荣研的全自动粪便潜血分析仪OC-SENSOR进行定量检测,以及用万华生产的消保康粪便隐血试纸条、中新生产的大便潜血检测试剂盒进行定性及半定量检测。结果 OC的阳性率与万华、中新的定性结果比较,χ2分别为21.3、18.50(P<0.001);OC的定量结果与万华、中新的定量结果比较,其R值分别为0.799、0.686(P<0.001)。结论 OC的检测性能与万华、中新两种检测试剂盒一致,且更接近于万华的检测性能。
Objective To evaluate the quantitative test of HB in Fecal Occult Blood experiment application. Methods 161 feces clinic samples were used to conduct quantitative test with Rongyan OC. The qualitative test and semi-quantitative test were conducted with Wanhua and Zhongxin test strip. Results Compared with Wanhua and Zhongxin strip test of the qualitative positive rate OC results, the x2 was 21.3 and 18.50 （P 〈 0.001 ）. The R value among the quantitative test result of OC with Wanhua and Zhongxin were 0. 799 and 0.686 （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The tes.t performance of OC is in line with Wanhua and Zhongxin strip test and is closer to the performance of Wanhua.
