摘要 硼化钛惰性阴极炭胶涂层由于受制于成本高、寿命短及加热固化难等难题导致其长期以来无法实现工业化推广应用。通过优化硼化钛炭胶涂层配方,成功研制加热固化设备及改进涂覆方法,实现了硼化钛惰性阴极炭胶涂层于铝电解槽上的工业化推广应用,提高了铝电解经济技术指标,延长了铝电解槽槽寿命,改善了环境效益。 The carbon glue coating of titanium boride inert cathode has a series problems, such as high cost, short service life and hard to heat curing, so it is failed to realize the industrial application for a long time. The industrial application for carbon glue coating of titanium boride inert cathode on aluminum electrolytic cell is realized through optimization of titanium boride carbon rubber coating formu- la, development of heat curing equipment and improvement of coating, so that the economic and technical index of aluminum electrolytic cell is improved, the service life of aluminum electrolytic cell is prolonged, and the environmental benefit is improved.
