教师创造性教学行为对中学生创造性问题解决的影响 被引量:14

The Relationship between Creative Teaching Behavior and Student's Creative Personality

摘要 采用教师创造性教学行为问卷、威廉斯创造性倾向量表和创造性问题解决测验对716名中学生进行问卷调查,并考察三者之间的关系。结果发现:(1)教师的创造性教学行为与学生的创造性人格的冒险性、好奇性、想象力及挑战性呈显著正相关,创造性教学行为与创意故事及远距离联想测验(remote associates test,RAT)呈显著正相关,想象力与创意故事及RAT呈显著正相关;(2)想象力在创造性教学行为与创意故事之间起部分中介作用;想象力在创造性教学行为与RAT之间起部分中介作用。 The present study surveys a total of 716 middle school students by using the Creative Teaching Behavior questions, the Williams Creative Personality test and two Creative Problem Solving tests to examine the relationship between creative teaching behavior, creative personality and creative problem solving ability. Result showed that: ( 1 ) Teachers' creative teaching behavior was positively associated with the middle school students' creative personality ; Creative teaching behavior was positively associated withcreative story and remote associates test; imagination was positively associated with creative story and RAT. (2) Imagination partially mediated the relationship between the creative teaching behavior and creative story;Imagination partially mediated the relationship between the creative teaching behavior and RAT.
