摘要 农药残留是我国食品安全最大的问题,随着人们生活水平的提高和健康理念的加强,对食品中的农药残留检测也提出新的要求.综述了有机氯农药生产使用情况、分类及对人体和经济发展的危害;国内外对有机氯农药残留的研究现状;食品中有机氯农药残留的前处理技术和检测方法.分析并讨论有机氯农药残留的前处理技术和检测方法的特点及应用现状,同时对这些前处理技术和检测方法的发展趋势进行了分析和展望. Pesticide residue is one of the biggest problems with food safety in our country. With the improvement of people's life standard and the strengthening of health concept,people have put forward new requirements for determination of Pesticide Residue in Foods. This paper reviewed the production and usage of Organochlorine pesticides,classification,the damage on human body and economic development,Domestic and foreign research status of organochlorine pesticide residues; Pre- treatment technology and testing methods in food organochlorine pesticide residues has carried on the comprehensive review. The paper also analyzed the pretreatment technology,characteristics and application status of test method,at the same time,the pretreatment technology and the development trend of detection methods are analyzed and prospected.
