高职院校工科类女大学生就业心理问题探析

Higher Vocational College Female Engineering Majors ' Psychological Problems in Finding a Job

高职院校毕业生就业压力与日俱增,尤其是工科类女大学生在求职季中屡屡碰壁。其原因不外乎传统的社会认知因素,女大学生自身的素质能力、心理问题等。文章从高职院校工科类女大学生的心理问题入手,分析女大学生就业心理状况与成因,提出缓解女大学生就业心理问题的措施,以期帮助高职院校工科类女大学生顺利找到人生中的第一份工作。

The rising employment pressure presents great difficulties for higher vocational college graduates, es- pecially for female engineering students who, repeatedly meeting with a refusal in job-hunting, cannot find a way out. The reason for female students＇ failure in job-finding includes the traditional social cognitive factors, their lack of abilities, psychological problems and so on. This paper analyzes the psychological problems of fe- male students in higher vocational colleges, their employment psychology and causes for this psychology, and puts forward measures to solve their psychological problems, thus helping them finding their first job in life.
