赋能授权理论指导的健康教育对老年痴呆患者照顾者自我效能的影响

Discussion on the effect of the health education of empowerment direction against the family caregivers of Alzheimer sufferer who are facing anxiety,depression or self-efficacy

目的探讨赋能授权指导的健康教育对老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者焦虑、抑郁及自我效能的影响。方法选取86例老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者作为研究对象随机分为两组,干预组43例,对照组43例。干预组给予赋能授权理论指导的健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育。分别于干预前、干预后3个月、干预6个月时评价干预效果。结果干预后,干预组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,自我效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论赋能授权理论指导的健康教育能有效改善居家AD患者的家庭照顾者的焦虑、抑郁,提高其自我效能。

Objectives Discussion on the effect of the health education of empowerment direction against the family caregivers of Alzheimer sufferer who are facing anxiety,depression or self-efficacy. Methods Selecting 86 nos. of caregivers who are taking care of Alzheimer sufferer in the family for study and randomly divide them into 2 groups,intervention group 43 nos. and control group 43 nos. And then,conduct health education with empowerment direction for intervention group while normal health education for control group. Based on the situation above,evaluating the intervention effect of before intervention,after 3 months of intervention and after 6months of intervention. Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression grade of intervention group is lower than control group and self-efficacy is higher than control group,the difference is with statistical significance. Conclusions The health education with empowerment theoretical direction could decrease the anxiety,depression and improve self-efficacy of family caregivers of AD sufferers.
