城市新型养老模式分析

Discussion on our urban new Pension Pattern

目前,我国的人口增长得到了有效控制,在城市,独生子女家庭十分普遍。但是,随着独生子女父母老龄化的发展,独生子女家庭的问题日益凸显,独生子女所承担的养老任务更为艰巨。因此,迫切需要建立一个国家支持、老人以及独生子女积极参与和配合的新型城市养老模式。

With the deepening of China＇s family planning policy,China＇s population growth has been effectively controlled,and the population plan has made remarkable achievements. However,family planning also brings some problems to social development. Family planning encourages people to have fewer but healthier children,and the multi- child family pattern is broken. More and more families have only one child,becoming the one- child family. In more progressive ideology city,the one- child family is very common. The one- child families of children get parents more care,enjoying a more favorable family care,but with the development of the one- child parents,the one- child family＇s problems are increasingly prominent,moreover,the pension service is more difficult for a single child. Whether social or personal,it is urgent need to establish a new urban pension model,which requires the support of the state,the elderly and their only child of active participation and cooperation. In this paper,we analyze the existing problems in the urban one- child families and study the new pension model to adapt to the social development.
