推进科技创新、建设"科创中心"是我国应对新一轮国际竞争的需要,是在全球新科技革命浪潮中的强国之道。在外有国际竞争压力,内有转型发展要求的新常态背景下,解决我国经济社会发展中的深层次矛盾,尽快突破科技创新瓶颈,始终是国家发展战略中极为关注的问题。上海作为先行者和实践区,在实施创新驱动发展战略,建设科创中心进程中,应立足实际,抓住机遇,对标美国,走出符合新时代科技革命大趋势要求、契合我国科技特长的自主创新道路,推动科技与经济紧密结合,推进经济社会协同创新,为全国起到示范作用,从而加快国家创新体系建设,提升全社会自主科技创新能力,促进经济发展方式转变,使我国真正步入由创新驱动发展的、有质量的经济发展轨道,夯实大国强国之基。

Promote technological innovation and set up the center of technological innovation is the requirement of face up to the new round of international competition and it is also the strategy of being a strong country in the new global trend of technology revolution.With the outside competitive pressures and the inside requirement of transformation,solve the deep-seated contradictions occurred in the development of economy and society as well as break through the bottleneck of technological innovation as soon as possible,have always been the most important part of national development strategies.Shanghai,the pioneer and the practitioners,shall base on the actual,seize the opportunity,take the United States as its standard during the process of implementing the independent innovation strategy of innovationdriven development and setting up the center of technological innovation,and then put forward a characteristic self-innovation road which match the trend of technological revolution in new era and the specialty of scientific and technological in our country.Based on it,promote closer interaction between technology and economy and innovation of society together with the economy,give a good example of the whole country,and then accelerate the construction of national innovation system,promote the capability of independent innovation and transfer the economic pattern.Accordingly,our country can step into the economic development route driven by the innovation and solid the ground of big and powerful countries.
