农民工市民化与城镇化建设——学习习近平总书记“新型城镇化”论述的思考

Peasants Engineering Citizens and Urban Construction:Thinking of the General Secretary Xi Jinping's Discussion on the New Urbanization

习近平总书记强调我国新型城镇化建设要解决好农民工市民化问题的重要性。解决农民工市民化问题必须打破"玻璃门"现象,实现以人为本的城镇化,才能更好地推进具有我国特色的城镇化。实现以人为本的城镇化,就要处理好城镇和人这两者之间的关系,要建设小城镇,降低农民进城的成本;不断加强对农民工的培训力度,转变农民工就业方向,鼓励较为年轻、有条件的农民工参加社会培训,多学文化和技能,提升自身素质;第三产业的发展是城镇化进程中不可或缺的一部分,也是解决好城镇化的关键。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of building new urbanization in our country to address the issue of migrant workers citizenship.To solve the problem of the urbanization of migrant workers,we must break the phenomenon of＂glass door＂,realize the urbanization of human,and promote the urbanization of our country.In order to implement the people-oriented urbanization,the relationship between urban and people must be dealt with well.The measures are to construct small cities and towns,reduce cost of farmers’ migration,continue to strengthen efforts to train migrant workers,change the direction of employment of migrant workers,encourage younger migrant workers with good conditions to participate in the social schools to learn more culture and skills as well as enhancing their own quality and so on.The development of the tertiary industry is not only an integral part in the process of urbanization,but also a key part of solving the problem.
