免疫抑制对非感染性葡萄膜炎的治疗作用及对细胞因子的影响

Immunosuppressive treatment for non-infectious uveitis and its effect on cytokines

目的探讨免疫抑制对非感染性葡萄膜炎治疗作用,分析其对细胞因子的影响作用。方法将2012年7月至2014年10月诊治的57例非感染性葡萄膜炎患者,根据免疫抑制剂的药物成分不同分为激素(研究组)和激素替代制剂组(对照组),对不同免疫抑制剂对非感染性葡萄膜炎的治疗效果进行分析。结果 1研究组的免疫球蛋白Ig A、lg G和补体C3、C4显著高于对照组;2糖皮质激素、抗代谢药物、烷化剂、T细胞抑制剂、生物制剂的治疗总有效率较高;对细胞因子影响最大的是糖皮质激素,其次是抗代谢药物、烷化剂、T细胞抑制剂、生物制剂等。结论非感染性葡萄膜炎采用免疫抑制剂的效果显著,可以有效提高疾病治愈率,其中糖皮质激素的效果最佳,是众多药物中治疗非感染性葡萄膜炎的首选、高效药物。

Objective To explore the effect of immunosuppressive treatment on noninfectious uveitis and to analyse its influence on cytokines.Methods A total of 57 patients with non-infectious uveitis treated in July 2012 to October 2012 were enrolled in this study.Based on different immunosuppressant drug ingredients,they were divided into the experi-mental group（hormones）and the control group（hormone preparations）.Results ① The immunoglobulin Ig-A,G and C3,4 were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group;③ The greatest impact on cyto-kines is glucocorticoid,followed by anti-metabolites drugs,alkylating agent,T cell inhibitors,and biological prepara-tions.Conclusion The effect of non-infectious uveitis with immune inhibitors,can effectively improve disease cure rate,of which the effect of glucocorticoid best,therefore,glucocorticoid is a wide range of drugs in the treatment of in-fective uveitis.
