摘要 骨重建是骨骼保持自我更新的过程,以往骨骼重建调节研究主要集中在骨科自分泌、旁分泌等。近年来,神经调控在骨重建过程中方面研究日益增多,并取得一定进展,临床应用中也得到认可。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对神经调控在骨重建过程的作用,从交感神经系统、副交感神经系统、瘦素、神经肽、血清素等方向进行综述,为神经调控在骨骼肌肉领域的进一步研究提供参考。 Boneremodeling is a dynamic equilibrium between boneresorption and boneformation. Previous studies on bonereconstruction havemainly focused on orthopedic autocrine,paracrine,and so on. In recent years,theresearch on neural regulation and bonereconstruction has increased significantly. Progress has been achieved and theclinical application has also been recognized.By referring to domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes theeffect of neural regulation on boneremodeling,from theaspects of sympathetic nervous system,theparasympathetic nervous system,leptin,neuropeptide,and serotonin,etc.,in order to providereferencefor further study of neural regulation in themusculoskeletal field.
