摘要
通过开放式问卷调查和行为事件访谈,编制了《水产加工企业基层管理员胜任力问卷》,对137名水产加工企业基层管理员进行施测。经过项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和信效度检验,最终构建水产加工企业基层管理员胜任力模型,包含团队合作、诚信、弹性、学习能力、自信、积极主动等六个维度,方差累积贡献率为68.515%;验证性因素分析表明该胜任力模型拟合得较好;其内部一致性系数为0.966;该胜任力模型具有良好的信效度,可以作为观测水产加工企业基层管理员岗位胜任力的有效工具。
Based on open questionnaire survey and behavior event intervie w(BEI), the preliminary questionnaire of the grassroots administrator's competency on seafood enterprise was developed. 137 grassroots administrators were investigated by using the preliminary questionnaire. The project analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, validity and reliability analysis were used to analyze the data. Results showed that the competency model of grassroots admin istrator on seafood enterprise included six dimensions, such as team-working, honesty, flexibility, learning capability, self-confidence and initiative. The contribution rate of accumulative variance of the competency model was 68.515%, and the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the competency model was better fitting. The internal consistency coefficient of the model was 0.966. The project quality, reliability and validity of the model were very good, and they had achieved the requirement of psychometrics, so the model was an effective tool to measure the competency of grassroots administrator on seafood enterprise.
