Research on Group Guidance Based on Maritime Students Occupation Psychological Suitability

航海是一项极富挑战性和重要性的事业,海员的职业心理适宜性是保证船舶安全航行的关键性因素。以海员职业心理适宜特点为着眼点,探讨采用针对性的团体辅导活动,作为提高航海类学生职业心理素质的途径,将航海类专业(主要指航海和轮机专业)大学生培养为符合国际标准的优秀海员。

Sailing is a challenging and extremely important career, and the occupation psychological suitability of the mariners is an assurance of navigation safety. Focusing on the mariner＇s occupation psychological suitability characteristics, the paper is to explore the appropriate group guidance measures to improve occupation psychological suitability of maritime students, for cultivating maritime college students（mainly refers to the navigation and marine engineering） into the excellent mariners in line with international standards.
