摘要
翻转课堂是最近几年,尤其是教学改革深入开展以来,很多学校采取的新的教学模式。相比于传统教学模式,新的教学模式以学生为中心,建立起了较为完善的授课和学习理论。翻转课堂强调学生学习的主动性,而教师的角色却没有得到很好的定义和定位。
Since the last few years,flipped classroom,especially in teaching reform in depth,has been taken by many new teaching models.Compared with the traditional teaching model,the new student-centered teaching model,established a relatively perfect teaching and learning theory.Flipped classroom emphasizes on student learning initiative,and the teacher’s role has not been well defined and positioning.The article tries to define teacher’s role in flipped classroom,to resolve the future orientation of teachers in the teaching reform.
