基于校企利益共同体基础上的现代学徒制探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Modern Apprenticeship Based on the Mutual Interests of School and Enterprise

文章首先对现代学徒制和校企利益共同体概念和内涵进行了简述,然后结合本校现代学徒制的探索与实践,从办学模式、人才培养模式、教学模式、实训基地建设四个核心层面,对现代学徒制的实施途径进行了阐述,并对这种人才培养模式的实践价值进行了归纳,通过课题研究为职业教育现代学徒制的实施提供了理论参考和实践依据。

Firstly the conception and connotation of modern apprenticeship system and a community of interests between colleges were introduced briefly. And then the implementation approaches were elaborated in terms of four levels such as school management,talent training,teaching,and construction of training base. Finally the practical value of talent training mode was summarized. This study provided a theoretical and practical basis for the implementation of modern apprenticeships in vocational education.
