摘要
随着市场经济不断发展,我国职业教育的战略发展方向也发生了变化。职业教育集团化是一种新型的职业教育办学模式,它在进行职业教育的同时,有效整合了各种有效的教学资源,实现了资源共享,这种模式提高了职业教育的教学质量,也是市场经济下的必然趋势。本文将分析职业集团化在实际运作中存在着一些问题,并以问题为导向提出应对策略,促进职业教育功能的有效发挥。
Along with the continuous development of market economy,strategic development direction of China＇s vocational education has also changed. Vocational education group is a kind of new vocational education pattern of college running,at the same time,it effectively integrates a variety of effective teaching resources to realize the resource sharing. This model improves the teaching quality of vocational education and it is also the inevitable trend under the market economy. This paper will analyze some problems of the occupational groups in practice and put forward coping strategies as well as promote the efficiency of the vocational education.
