浅析高校辅导员心理资本与职业倦怠

Analysis of Psychological Capital and Job Burnout for College Counselors

高校辅导员工作在学生管理第一线,对高校思想政治工作发挥重要影响,由于时间长、压力大、任务重,存在职业倦怠现象。本文针对辅导员职业倦怠现状,阐述职业兴趣、职业期望、职业定位和组织结构,结合心理资本相关知识,探讨了如何开展工作,以期有效地预防和消除职业倦怠,提高高校辅导员自身素质,为培养人才做出贡献。

College counselors,who work in students ＇ management the first line,have important role for ideological political work of university. There are job burnouts of college counselors with long time,big pressure and heavy task. Present study expounds vocational interest,professional expectations,professional orientation and organizational structure,combined with the knowledge of the psychological capital. At last,we discusses how to carry out work,in order to effectively prevent and eliminate the job burnout,improve the diathesis of university counselors,contribute to training talents.
